What to Expect

Our venue team is here to ensure everything related to the venue itself runs smoothly. This includes walkthroughs, layout planning, vendor access, and timelines specific to our space. While we provide guidance throughout the planning process, we do not manage the overall wedding planning or day-of execution.

To ensure a seamless and stress-free experience, a professional wedding coordinator is required for all weddings.

Coordinator Requirement

  • A minimum of a Day-Of Coordinator is mandatory, including attendance at the rehearsal the day prior to the event

  • Couples may hire their own coordinator, provided they are:

    • A professional wedding planning business

    • Able to provide proof of insurance prior to the event

Having a dedicated coordinator allows us to work collaboratively and ensures your timeline, vendors, and guests are fully supported, so you can truly enjoy your day.

VENUE PLANNING
  • Once your event is booked, your sales representative will be your main point of contact for questions and planning.

  • Floor plan creation and finalization for ceremony and reception

  • Conducting your food tasting

  • Managing on-site logistics

  • Overseeing venue rules, safety, and timelines specific to our space

  • Finalizing your Banquet Event Order (BEO): The BEO is a detailed document that outlines all venue-specific details for your event, including your floor plan, menu selections, timeline for the day, and any special accommodations. This ensures everyone on our team knows exactly what is planned and how to execute it.

COORDINATOR | WEDDING PLANNER RESPONSIBILITIES

Leading the rehearsal the day before the wedding

  • Coordinating all outside vendors (florist, DJ, photographer, rentals, etc.)

  • Setting up and breaking down décor and personal items

    • Note: The venue does not provide design or styling services. If you would like help with design, this must be arranged directly with your coordinator.

    • For any outside vendors, it is the vendor’s responsibility to provide and measure all items they need for setup.

  • Managing the wedding day timeline, including cueing the ceremony, reception events, and transitions throughout the day

  • Troubleshooting any issues on the day and keeping everything on track

  • Serving as the main point of contact for vendors and the wedding party

  • Ensuring guest flow and logistics run smoothly

  • Coordinating special requests, surprises, or changes during the event

  • Handling unexpected challenges (weather, late vendors, or timing issues) so the couple can focus on enjoying their day
