We had our wedding at Twin Oaks Golf Course and it was an absolute dream. The venue felt intimate yet spacious enough for our 120 guests, with a beautiful garden area that created the perfect backdrop for our day. We ended up having an all-outdoor wedding, but knowing there was an indoor space for backup gave us peace of mind.

The food was delicious--both during the cocktail hour and the main dinner. Working with Nicole and her team was seamless from start to finish. Nicole used to be a planner herself, so she was incredibly knowledgeable and always quick to respond. She connected often with our planner and gave helpful advice whenever we needed it.

Nicole went above and beyond to help us keep costs down and was flexible with last-minute changes, even when she didn't have to be. The space truly transformed into something magical, and our guests had an amazing time. I'd highly recommend Twin Oaks Golf Course to anyone looking for a warm, beautiful setting for their wedding.

Twin Oaks Golf Course was a dream!! We literally could not have picked a more perfect venue for our wedding. Twin Oaks Golf Course was actually the first wedding venue we visited. After every other venue we toured, we just couldn't stop thinking about Twin Oaks Golf Course. That's when we knew it was the place where we wanted to say "I do"! The venue itself is absolutely stunning from the lawn to the fireside patio to the ballroom. We held our ceremony outdoors on the lawn, our cocktail hour on the fireside patio, and our reception in the ballroom. This layout worked out perfectly for our April 2025 wedding, and every part of our wedding at every spot was so beautiful. Not only is the venue so amazing, but so is the staff! Nicole was truly wonderful during our whole wedding planning journey. We had so many questions to ask, and she was always happy to answer all of them. She was always so friendly especially when we visited the venue to talk wedding details, and she even stopped by the bridal suite the morning of my wedding to greet me a happy wedding day! I cannot thank her enough for all her help and attention to detail leading up to our wedding! Daniel and the rest of the staff working on the day of our wedding was absolutely amazing as well! They were always checking in on my husband and I throughout the day, making sure that everything was going perfectly. We felt so taken care of the whole day. The bartenders were so incredible too! We got a lot of compliments from our guests saying they loved the bartenders, and how nice they all were! The team at Twin Oaks Golf Course is more than a bride and groom can ask for on their wedding day! They truly did everything to make our big day so special for us, and I wish I could relive our wedding day to experience the magic of Twin Oaks Golf Course again! “This is the absolute best-kept secret in North County! Beautiful outdoor venue with incredible Spanish-style patio. My wife and I recently got married at Twin Oaks Golf Course and we loved the location! We had an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour with an indoor reception, and venue staff were able to make that transition seamless. Nicole was helpful throughout the planning process and was able to get us information quickly when we needed it, especially when we had in-person meetings to tour the venue or do a food tasting. The food itself was great and our guests complimented it as well; staff were also considerate of people’s dietary restrictions and we didn’t hear of any problems with people’s meals. We had a couple guests that used walkers or mobility scooters, and they had no issues getting to their spots in the grass for the outdoor ceremony, or navigating around the rest of the venue during the cocktail hour and reception. Venue staff were very attentive the day of the wedding and did a great job of checking on us and our guests, and we really appreciate them boxing up our meals so that we could take them home with us at the end of the night (and then bringing them out to us as we were leaving because we accidentally forgot them). Some of our guests had to park an RV in the lot during our wedding, and those guests were able to easily coordinate with event staff on where to park and get as close as possible. We especially appreciated that as it allowed our guests to spend as much time at our reception as they could. The only minor issue we ran into during the process was one part of our invoice not reflecting a payment we’d made, but it was reflected on other parts of the invoice and we had receipts from that payment so the issue was resolved quickly. Overall we would highly recommend booking Twin Oaks Golf Course as your wedding or event venue!

November 9, 2024 - The Gauyan Wedding. We had our dream wedding at Twin Oaks Golf Course in San Marcos this past November, and I truly cannot say enough amazing things about this venue. We coordinated with Nicole Manalo and from start to finish, Nicole was an absolute gem—professional, organized, and incredibly thoughtful every step of the way. She made the entire planning process feel smooth and stress-free, which is no easy task when it comes to weddings! Nicole went above and beyond to make sure every detail reflected our vision. On the big day, we were able to fully enjoy the moment knowing she had everything handled behind the scenes. Her communication was always prompt, clear, and kind—and she never made us feel like just another couple in a long list of clients. The venue itself was stunning in the fall, with all the greenery, white roses, and beautiful grounds creating the perfect backdrop. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing—our guests couldn’t stop raving about everything from the appetizers to the signature cocktails. The entire staff was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional, contributing to the smooth flow of the evening and making everyone feel cared for. One thing I would suggest for improvement is that I wish the venue provided outdoor heaters for evening receptions. It was very cold on our wedding day, and having some heating options would have made a big difference in guest comfort. If you’re planning your wedding at Twin Oaks, you need Nicole Manalo on your team.
