HOW DO I SECURE MY DATE?

To finalize and secure your date, a signed contract with installment payment will be due. Your initial installment will be based on your estimated head count and choice of packages. Our Catering Sales Manager can assist you with this.

HOW MANY HOURS ARE INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE FOR MY EVENT?

Your event is allotted a total of 6 hours.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO EXTEND MY EVENT OVER THE ALLOTTED 6 HOURS?

Each additional hour over the allotted time is $300.00 per hour or portion thereof.

WHEN CAN MY VENDORS AND ASSISTANTS HAVE ACCESS TO THE FACILITY THE DAY OF MY WEDDING?

Your vendors/assistants may have access to the facility 4 hours before the scheduled start time of your event.

WHEN DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE BRIDAL CHANGING ROOM?

You have access to the bridal changing room 4 hours before your ceremony start time. Each additional hour over the allotted time is $300.00 per hour or portion thereof.

HOW LONG DOES THE AVERAGE CEREMONY LAST?

The average ceremony lasts 20-30 minutes.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM EVENT END TIME?

All festivities must end by midnight.

DO YOU HAVE A GROOM’S ROOM?

We do not have a traditional groom’s changing room at this time. We invite our grooms to the 2Oaks Pub to enjoy beverages and snacks until it is time for the ceremony to begin.

ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION SITES ADA ACCESSIBLE?

Yes, our wedding facility is completely ADA accessible.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE GUESTS WITH SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS?

Yes, we can accommodate for special plating due to dietary needs. There may be a surcharge applied for this special plating pending the custom menu needed.

CAN WE BRING OUR OWN ALCOHOL ON SITE?

All alcohol must be purchased and served through Twin Oaks Golf Course. If you do have a special wine or champagne that you would like to bring on site you may do so at a $15.00 per bottle corkage fee. Unopened bottles will be given back to you at the end of the evening. Magnum bottles are not allowed on premises.

WHEN IS MY FINAL GUEST COUNT AND FINAL INSTALLMENT DUE?

Your final guest count and installment is due 7 business days before your event. After the 7 days you may increase but not decrease your guest count.

HOW MUCH ARE VENDOR MEALS AND WHO ARE CLASSIFIED AS VENDORS?

Vendors are individuals who will be working at your wedding and not seated enjoying the guest experience. Vendors are served a plated meal when they are ready to dine. Each vendor meal costs $20.00.

ARE THERE ANY ISSUES WITH PARKING AND DO YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING?

In the event that there are parking issues, in conjunction with golf, we will bring in valet to take care of your guests. Parking is included in your package and no additional charge to your guests.

CAN OUR GUESTS LEAVE THEIR CARS OVERNIGHT?

Yes, cars may be left overnight in our parking lot. At the end of the event the property gates will be shut and locked. Cars may be picked up the following morning after the golf course opens.

CAN YOU SET UP MY CAKE?

Due to liability concerns we are not able to set up your cake and desserts. This should be done by your bakery or a designated assistant.

CAN YOU DECORATE THE ARCH FOR ME?

Due to liability and the delicate nature of florals we are not able to decorate the arch for you. This should be done by your florist or designated assistant.

WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED?

We do not allow tape, nails and tacks to the walls and ceiling. In addition we do not allow the use of release lanterns due to the fire hazard. We do not allow the use of artificial floral in any of our outdoor spaces due to our “environmentally protected areas”.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

The full facility is available for use the day of your wedding so in the event of rain your ceremony and/or reception can be moved indoors.
